- Chef Darren Morris form Belgenny Farm will be teaching the art of how to make the perfect flaky pastry as part of his Tart Tatin of Autumn Fruits served with a divine Frangelico Ice Cream & Toffee Basket – delicious!

- Michael Moore - Acclaimed TV Chef and new owner of iconic Sydney restaurant, The Summit, Chef Moore will present two demonstrations on the theme of ‘cooking with impact’. Learn from this inspirational chef on how to serve up food that’s delicious and presented with maximum impact.
